Something that hit me…
Why can’t I have it both ways? I’ve turned down so many offers and look what I’ve got? Nothing. Sad to say, makinang lang talaga ang pangalan niya pero when you’re inside, it’s really different.
Not to start rumors or anything, I like it here. Really. So far – let me stress it again – so far everything’s fine. I don’t know but there’s something really wrong down the line. Is it the system? Most probably. Maybe. Is it the rules governing the company? I am not quite sure.
Hell, I can still put up a good fight. If I can’t anymore, a white flag is just a finger’s reach.

i think it’s the culture, the environment they’ve built. honestly, if you’re at the wrong place and at the wrong time (especially if you are not the kiss-ass person they want you to be, if you know what i mean) you wouldn’t be feeling that the family is the company…. and that sucks. the family is the people you meet, work with…. the company isnot your home. it’s just a house.
